Light the white sage using a match, let it burn for about 30 seconds then blow on the flame. Simply spread the sage in your environment to purify and guide the smoke to every corner of the room.

After a few minutes, you should feel the energy changes. Remember to ventilate the room well during purification to let excess smoke and negative energies escape.
